Practice with patience. Progress with purpose.

A thoughtful blend of yoga and personal training to build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and develop balance for the life you want to live.

Move Better · Get Stronger · Age Well

Over time, our bodies change. We all know this. Too often we see these developments as obstacles to living the life we want. But these changes are not barriers to practice: They are the reason for it.

Through personalized training, we build the resilience, confidence, and capability to keep doing the things that matter most to you.

Together, we meet obstacles with curiosity, consistency, and care, creating a path forward that supports how you want to live in your body.

Let’s work together

Customized private sessions for yoga and/or personal training, plus studio classes designed to meet you where you are.

Private sessions for yoga & personal training

Whether you’re looking for individualized yoga instruction, personal training, or a combination of both, private sessions provide the opportunity to work together in a personalized, supportive environment.

Private sessions are customized to your specific needs and interests: Maybe you’re beginning your study of yoga or strength training for the first time; have particular concerns that require specialized attention, are looking to level-up your strength and mobility, or simply want a more individualized approach, we’ll develop a practice tailored to your unique goals.

Strength, balance, flexibility, and deep rest are crucial at every stage of life. We’ll focus on functional movement using a combination of strength training, bodyweight exercises, and yoga via a program that meets you where you are and supports the activities that matter most to you.

Studio yoga classes

My studio classes offer thoughtful instruction, attention to alignment, and individualized guidance in a supportive community setting.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, support bone health, improve balance and mobility, or rest and restore, you’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace.

I currently teach Yoga for Bone Health and Restorative Yoga at 2nd Story Pilates + Yoga in Jackson Heights.

The heart of the practice

In yoga, Ganesha is known as the remover of obstacles— the one we call upon at the beginning of any new endeavor.

Not to ensure the path will be easy, but because we are ready to meet it with clarity, patience, and strength.
